Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment — whether that’s your credit card or bank account — typically within 7 to 10 business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Kindly check your bank account once more to confirm the refund hasn’t been credited.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a few extra days for the refund to be officially posted on your statement.
  3. Next, reach out to your bank, as some financial institutions have a processing period before the amount reflects in your account.

Sale Items

Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We are happy to replace items only if they are found to be defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please drop us a message on WhatsApp (+91 8249492309)

Once your item is received and inspected, and your exchange request is approved, the replacement process will be completed within 7 to 10 business days.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please send it to: info@wishbuds.in

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on your location, the time taken for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For high-value returns, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
